Neighborhood is full of new construction

This is a rundown garage 

Or what once was a garage

Now a place for graffiti artists 

To practice their craft?

Seems odd

Yet I find this decaying building

Somehow reassuring

Maybe in the rush to build

They forgot to take it down

Or someone for whatever reason

Refuses to let go of the property

In a strange way

A symbol of endurance

A survivor
